Return Policy

Items purchased from "hui." can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

Return without use or damage

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and undamaged. If the product has been damaged during shipping, the buyer must first notify the shipping company.

If you decide to return your items, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving them by completing the return form below. You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an email to huibarbacoas@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Return for damage in transit

To return damages due to shipping, the damage must be reported at the time of delivery. If the merchandise arrives in a different condition, is incomplete, or shows any defect or damage, please note this on the delivery note provided by the delivery person. If this happens, it is essential to be able to claim the relevant damages from the shipping company. Take photos of the packaging and write to the carrier as soon as possible and inform us.

Return due to manufacturing error or defect

If you received a product that is different from what you ordered or has manufacturing defects, we first and foremost want to apologize for what happened and assure you that we will work to prevent this from happening again. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the return form on our website (below) or by sending an email to huibarbacoas@gmail.com. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by "hui."

Processing your return

After we receive your return shipment, we'll inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. Money will be returned to the original payment method you used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be issued as soon as possible.

Items that cannot be returned

The following types of items cannot be returned: Products that have been custom-made to the buyer's specifications, products with custom engraving, or custom measurements. Products purchased through a business (business-to-business commercial contract) cannot be returned.
