How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Usually, our team needs one or two working days to process the order in our warehouse so that the carrier can pick it up. Once on it's way, shipping delay varies depending on your location. No order should take more than 10 days.

Does metal rust?
Except for stainless steel, all metals can rust.
If the product is delivered unpainted, it will be sufficient to protect it from direct water and apply a thin coat of oil.
If the product is painted, it may need paint maintenance every 2 or 3 years depending on where you store it (indoors, covered outdoors, exposed to the elements, etc.).
The rust will be superficial and easily treatable.

We're proud to tell our customers that all our products are manufactured at our facilities in Spain. This means Hui supports local suppliers, complies with European quality and safety regulations, creates jobs, and reduces the carbon footprint.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to almost the entire European Community. Fees may apply to some destinations.
